I am disappointed that Fine Art America has made people (Dan Turner and Beth Edwards) "moderators" or "admins" who have the capacity to summarily ban people without due process and privatize my posts without notifying me of it! I had no idea any of this was going on when Vivian Anderson was selected to win my contest. My eyes have been opened. She has been banned and any posts about her apparently have been banned as well. This is a repression of art, imo. This is a dis-service to people on this site interested in art, learning about art, art collectors, and artists. Although the connection to art discussions is not a "paid for" service according to Beth Edwards, I believe it goes hand in hand with the "paid for" services and this casts a negative shadow on FAA's mission with artists, selling or otherwise.

The world's most prestigious non-mainstream arts festival...
/24-7PressRelease/ - IPSWICH, SUFFOLK - January 9, 2008 - The Raw Arts Festival is dedicated to exhibiting artworks by
non-mainstream artists. These artists can be Outsider, Folk, Raw or Self-taught. Over the years the festival has exhibited a
wide variety of non-mainstream art, such as works created by homeless people, adults with autism and also famous well
established Outsider/Raw artists etc.



The Festival has been held annually since August 2004, when the first festival exhibited in London at the Candid Arts Trust
in a massive 50,000 square foot gallery located in the heart of London just north of Kings Cross in Angel. The Festival has
come along way since then. It has exhibited at the Candid Arts Trust again in 2005, Valencia, Spain in October 2006 and
New York, USA in January 2007. In that time, the...
